About OmniTicket

OmniTicket Network, Inc. is a privately held company funded by several prestigious investment firms, such as VPSA, GeoCapital Partners and Net Partners. With three offices, including Milan, Newcastle and Orlando, the OmniTicket Network excels in system development, client support, professional consultation and training services. We have provided turn-key ticketing and access control solutions, including hardware, software and services, to the leisure venue market since 1986. The OmniTicket System is named Overview, and is a completely automated, customizable, “off-the-shelf” networked system for the operation and management of ticketing, admissions, and access control in real-time. Timed ticketing has been part of the base application since its original development.

We have successfully installed our scalable system in venues of all sizes, from single station venues, to multi-site installations with thousands of workstations. We have been able, through feedback from our clients, to enhance our product with a series of annual releases that address needs that may pertain to all users of our software. We also have the ability to customize facets of the software for individual clients.

The OmniTicket Network team consists of over 70 professionals, including experts in areas such as software engineering, project management, system installation, user training, ticketing operations, retail operations, ticket-related marketing promotions, Web services, hardware support, customer service, cash control, inventory control and data warehousing. OmniTicket Network also works with consultants as needed to supplement our knowledge base and ensure successful implementation and support of the Overview system.
