Business Systems Analyst Level IIStatus: Permanent, full-time, salaried Salary Level: Salary based on experience level Department: Operations/Software Support Team Supervisor: Director of Operations Next Level of Supervision: General Manager SUMMARY: Troubleshoots and develops technical solutions related to software and software-related issues for customers both external and internal. Creates workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensures issues are resolved in a timely fashion. Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources. Trains customers, both external and internal, on the Overview system. Requires a bachelor's degree, 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within our field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Performs a variety of tasks including, but not limited to developing, publishing, implementing test plans, and developing quality assurance standards. Also tracks and manages development issues for both breaks and enhancements. The individual in this role will interface with key internal users to understand and document development needs. From this documentation, the Business Systems Analyst II will interface with all levels of the organization, including Project Management, Hardware Support, Finance, and Development to ensure client and corporate needs are met in a timely manner. The Business Systems Analyst II must have the ability to communicate effectively, set appropriate expectations, conduct follow-up, and thoroughly document all communications regarding development. The position is responsible testing and distributing official software upgrade releases in coordination with the other members of the Software Support Team. Day-to-day activities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs and spreadsheets. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Availability to travel is required and may vary by season and activity level. SCHEDULE: The schedule may vary based on client needs and schedules and activity level. Some nights and weekends may be required. Comp time will be awarded based on company policy.
