The Connect program is supported by the Overview Nexus module, which has been designed to allow real-time XML communication between destinations and distributors. This ground-breaking technology enables destinations and related attractions to sell their tickets and packages via Web pages and a variety of electronic distribution channels.



Connect with Online Agency

Our Online Agency application has been designed for use at a wide range of distribution outlets, such as travel agencies, ticket booths and hotel concierge desks. This Web-based application enables your distribution partners to easily sell Connect program destination packages and attraction tickets to consumers using a quick four-step process.


The Online Agency application is also used at the participating attractions to validate and redeem Connect program tickets and packages. A standard Web browser is used to access the Online Agency application, and tickets are easily redeemed using a standard, low-cost barcode scanner.


The Connect program also provides real-time technology interfaces with strategic distribution partners, such as Incomm, Travelocity, Expedia and Advanced Reservation Systems to allow the electronic distribution of tickets and packages through these important distribution portals. As these distribution portals sell Connect tickets and packages, the information is electronically submitted to the Connect program attractions for immediate fulfillment and reporting.
