The Online Agency application is also used at the participating attractions to validate and redeem Connect program tickets and packages. A standard Web browser is used to access the Online Agency application, and tickets are easily redeemed using a standard, low-cost barcode scanner.

The Connect program also provides real-time technology interfaces with strategic distribution partners, such as Incomm, Travelocity, Expedia and Advanced Reservation Systems to allow the electronic distribution of tickets and packages through these important distribution portals.
