Best Union Company SpA has acquired a 100% stake in the capital of Enta Australasia Pty Ltd, a leading ticketing and CRM solutions provider in Australia. Through this important acquisition Best Union will consolidate its position within the Australian and the international markets. Last Thursday, 6 October 2016, Best Union completed another significant acquisition by acquiring 100% of the share capital of Enta Australasia Pty Ltd., an Australian based company operating in the ticketing and CRM field with a significant customer base. This acquisition follows the recent implementation of Best Union’s ticketing solution at Zoos Victoria, which is one of Australia’s leading zoos.
Enta is one of the leading providers of ticketing and CRM software solutions and services for theatres and artistic events in Australia. With Mr. John Godwin as Managing Director, the Enta team is highly regarded for their industry experience in the ticketing sector and their solutions-focused support. Following the acquisition, Best Union will increase its market share in Australia and New Zealand, reaching the significant critical mass necessary to implement a development program both for the local market, and for other international markets which will be covered from the current Australian representation in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth.
Best Union will also leverage its consolidated know-how needed to operate in the Australian and New Zealand ticketing markets largely thanks to the strong Australian Enta team, which aims to become a new point of reference in the lively and growing Australasian entertainment, cultural and attractions ticketing market.Enta Australasia and Best Union present strong synergies from any point of view that will be pursued from the date of acquisition.

R&D team members from Best Union offices around the world met recently in Milan, Italy to collaborate on the latest ticketing technology. Heather Poole and Lindsay Kane from our US office enjoyed meeting our team in Milan! While learning about exciting features coming to our software, the two were joined by Bill Newland from the UK office, and Vincent Lee from Singapore! Federico Gasparri and Gianni Angelini were gracious hosts from our Italian office! The group was able to visit a very special Best Union client last week: The Last Supper painted by Leonardo da Vinci.

Best Union's COO Kristen Seitz and the entire Best Union USA team congratulated Giles Woodhall on 10 years of service to the company. Giles began work in the Best Union UK office in September 2006 before moving to Best Union USA as a project manager in 2008. Upon receiving his 10-year plaque Giles said his decade of service had been very enjoyable thanks to the wonderful team he works with at Best Union!

Best Union, which operates as IREC in France, announces with great pleasure the go-live of a new client site in Dubai. IMG Worlds of Adventure is the world’s largest indoor theme park, covering an area of 1.5 million square feet, which is equivalent to 28 football fields, and can welcome up to 20,000 visitors per day.
