This lively, noisy lion dance is a fixture during Chinese New Year celebrations in South-east Asia, with many troupes making their way to shopping malls, offices and other public spaces to perform. Having a lion grace your premises, and presenting it with red packets filled with money, is said to bring you luck for the rest of the year.

Our Support Team Leader, Chris Vasquez recently visited our Singapore office to train our team on new software! While there, he visited one of favorite clients, Hong Kong Disneyland! Chris introduced our magical client to our Singapore team, and they all received a tour of the site which houses some of the most beautiful lighting at any of the Disney locations and the largest projection screen in the world.
Though the purpose of the trip was business, Vasquez was able to make time for pleasure! He experienced some fun places like Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay, Night Safari and The Peak (which provides a beautiful view of the whole city). He wasn’t just adventurous geographically, though. He also tried some crazy foods like chicken feet and pig intestines! Vasquez is a huge zombie fan, so animal intestines and feet seem only fitting for him to eat this Halloween season. While at Hong Kong Disneyland, he enjoyed tamer foods, like character inspired sweets!
