Successful Opening at The Garden Theatre

OmniTicket Network has donated software and services to this project and is hosting the ticketing server at OTN’s COLO facility. The Garden Theatre offers assigned seating tickets for performing arts shows and limited capacity tickets for their movie night events. In addition, the Garden Theatre is taking advantage of OTN’s Food and Merchandise (FAM) module for their concession stand. The Garden Theatre is also the first site to use two of the newest features in OmniTicket’s Overview software. They are utilizing the new “Print on Laser” feature, which allows tickets to be created on a standard laser printer, as well as the new “OTN Money Card,” which has been branded to their patrons as “The Garden Card.” The Garden Theatre is using “The Garden Card” as an innovative way to offer season subscription tickets with the flexibility to choose specific performances by date. With a flawless opening weekend now completed, both the Garden Theatre and OmniTicket Network are looking forward to a mutually beneficial working relationship. The next phase in the partnership is the highly anticipated “go-live” of real-time Internet ticketing sales.
