Access Control |
The OmniTicket System was the first system to offer integrated ticketing and access control. Since the beginning OmniTicket has been the industry innovator in access control solutions, offering both specialized and standard hardware for access control. With both cabled and wireless solutions, our access control devices can be tailored to accept any combination of required ticket media, including magnetic, bar-coded, chip card, transponders, wristbands, watches and more. |

Turnstile Controller Software |
Overview’s Turnstile Controller (TOR) module allows the real-time management of your networked access control devices, such as turnstiles, handheld readers and desktop access software modules. This management tool enables fast, simple adjustment of access control status. The Turnstile Controller module also provides a real-time view of the tickets passing through each access control device, thus providing your management team with the information needed to make quick, effective visitor flow and staffing decisions. |
Access Control Devices |
Our expertise in access control has allowed us to develop leading-edge access control solutions, and to seamlessly integrate with a variety of third-party turnstiles and hand-held units, and to use customized turnstiles casings when requested. |
Turnstiles |
We offer completely integrated automatic stainless steel turnstiles that communicate with the Overview ticketing database in real-time to read a ticket, verify ticket entitlements, update the database and enable access in an average of 2 seconds per ticket. Our standard turnstiles are made with a heavy-duty stainless steel construction and equipped with an appropriate reader for the type of ticket medium used, such as paper tickets with bar coding or magnetic stripe encoding, PVC with magnetic stripe encoding or a transponder. |
Handheld Devices |
Our wireless hand-held access control scanners offer a cost-effective solution for venues that wish to perform access control without the use of turnstiles or want to supplement existing turnstiles or access barriers. Operated by an admissions staff member at each access control point, the scanner is used to read a ticket with entry entitlements, verify its validity, signal authorization or refusal for entry, and record the access transaction. |
Desktop Solutions |
The Desktop access control module allows our clients to perform access control using a standard PC and barcode scanner, or magnetic stripe reader. The easy-to-use software module allows users to scan a ticket to validate entry entitlements. The completely integrated software will then signal authorization or refusal for entry, and record the access transaction. |
Biometric Devices |
The Overview software also manages interfaces with biometric devices (such as Lumidigm, Schlage and BioMet Partners) to securely identify multi-day and season pass holders. |
