The Overview Nexus system has been developed to allow general admission, special event and assigned seating tickets to be processed in “real-time” while accessing the same data as your front-gate ticket selling stations. This unique capability not only allows your Guests the convenience of advance booking, but gives you the ability to efficiently measure and manage your reservations, schedules and ticket sales.

Print-at-Home

Print-at-Home offers your guests the luxury of printing their tickets at home, skipping the box office and going directly into your venue. This option not only reduces labor for you but gives the guest control of their ticketing options.


Our integrated internet sales functionality allows your customers to purchase a ticket online and print out the ticket on their home printer. The ticket will be printed with the purchaser’s name and identifying information, as well as a barcode that can be scanned to ensure validity and to prevent the use of fraudulent copies of the ticket.  The print-at-home ticket can then be presented directly at the gate for admission, allowing the guest to by-pass the ticket sales line. 


The layout and design of the print-at-home ticket can include your venue’s branded graphics, text of your choosing and even advertisements from your partners or sponsors of your venue. 

 

Express Pass

The OmniTicket Express Pass process is a patented process that is used to allow a client venue, or their distributors, to activate pre-printed tickets for use directly at the admissions gate. Ticket stock can be designed and produced specifically for activation, or the “ticket” can be a card that is already in the guest’s hands, such as a loyalty card or credit card.  Any card with a unique number can be activated for use as a ticket in the Overview System using our patented process.  The OmniTicket Express Pass allows tickets to be issued to distributors with no original admission entitlements, and be activated for admission when a guest purchases the admission through the distributor’s outlets.


The OmniTicket Express Pass process:

  • Minimizes loss and security risks associated with the distribution of active ticket stock.
  • Allows ticket holders to bypass the lines at the venue’s voucher exchange window since tickets are activated in advance. 
  • Greatly reduces the labor and operating expenses associated with voucher processing or hard-stock ticket inventory. 
  • Allows a greater range of distribution and partnership options since the cards can be widely distributed, and are only valuable upon activation.
  • All transactions are processed in real-time, so that tickets are immediately valid at the turnstiles, or readers, eliminating the need for vouchers. Integrated electronic billing further reduces labor and operating expenses.

 

Online Annual Pass Sales & Renewals

Annual and Season Passes can be purchased and renewed online through a completely integrated, automated process.  Passes purchased either on-site or online can be renewed online, allowing you to send out renewal reminders that prompt your pass holders to renew their passes online, thus increasing your renewal rate and reducing processing time and costs.
