Self-Serve Ticketing Kiosks and Options

OmniTicket Network offers a range of products geared toward automating your ticket sales and ticket fulfillment operations.  Our self serve ticket kiosks are fully integrated with the Overview System and provide the same real-time control and reporting as any other workstation in your Overview System. 

In order to make our kiosks easy to maintain, we use standard hardware and peripherals within a durable casing.  And to allow you to create a memorable experience for your guest, we offer a completely customizable HTML interface that you can design using your own text, graphics and video. This customizable interface also allows you to promote the products you want, in the manner you want, to optimize the sale of your preferred products.       

Ticket Vending Machine (TVM)

The TVM is an automated self-serve ticket terminal that allows guests to purchase tickets using a credit card. The Overview TVM software uses a completely customizable HTML interface that you can design using your own text, graphics and video. 

The TVM acts as an additional sales station on your ticketing system and all reporting is completely integrated in real-time. The kiosks integrate directly to the on-site system and can share the inventory with the box-office sales stations and other sales areas such as Internet sales and group sales without requiring any back of the house manipulation.

Ticket Dispensing Machine

OmniTicket Network’s Customized Ticket Dispensing Machine (TDM) is an automated will-call terminal that allows guests to pick up ticket orders placed in advance through a call center or over the Internet.  The machine, originally designed to save labor costs and reduce lines at the ticket sales stations, enables the guest to insert the credit card that was used for payment, and the correct ticket order is automatically issued.

Self-Serve Kiosk Options

OmniTicket Network offers high-quality standard kiosks, including in-wall, stand-alone and outdoor models. Custom kiosks can be ordered as well, and can be engineered to fit your unique requirements.  Kiosks are ADA complaint, and include standard peripherals within durable metal casings.
