The Overview System includes a comprehensive set of standard, real-time reports that may be viewed on-screen or printed as required.  These reports provide complete statistics such as:

• site activity
• operator activity
• workstation activity
• tickets sold
• payment tendered
• reservations activity
• agent activity
• access usage

Reports may be filtered to include data for the entire site, by area or by various groupings such as ticket type, ticket categories, specific dates, date ranges, specific workstation or group of workstations and by various time periods.

Custom SQL Reports can be created using either the Overview SQL Data Warehouse, or the Overview Data Export Tool, and any ODBC compliant application, such as Crystal Reports, Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access. 

Overview's Data Exchange Module (Data Pump) Overview’s Data Exchange Module enables an automatic feed of data to any pre-defined OBDC complaint database.

• Customize queries to build personalized links to any SQL database
