The Seating Chart Builder
The Seating Chart Builder The Seating Chart module is an assigned seating layout builder. This application uses standard Windows commands and menus, and offers the comprehensive functionality required to create and maintain seating layouts. The layouts created in the Seat Allocation module are used in conjunction with the Overview Cashier module to reserve and sell assigned seating tickets.
The Seating Chart Builder allows you to create, edit and print multiple layouts. Within this module standard editing features (such as cut, copy, paste, select, paint and zoom) are used to create a graphical layout.
Assigned Seating Ticket Sales Selling tickets to a variety of seated events is quick and simple with the Overview assigned seating interface. The ticket sales module has been designed to facilitate the efficient search for a specific performance and the easy selection of the appropriate ticket products.
Using the Overview system, ticket sellers can:
Define a date range, venue and specific show based on a guest's request to pull up a list of available choices within the guest's criteria
Once selected, the seller can clearly see the quantity of available seats in each seating category, as well as the ticket products and price points available
Multiple tickets and products can be selected for the same show, and tickets to multiple events can be sold within the same transaction.
